Beer is permitted, but glass containers and hard liquor are not. If a guest becomes intoxicated or unsafe, as determined by the captain, the boat will return to the dock immediately and no refund will be issued. Illegal drugs are prohibited aboard Slack Tide; violations will be reported to the U.S. Coast Guard.
