Every passenger should review and sign the guest agreement before Slack Tide leaves the dock.
Offshore fishing and boating involve unavoidable risks, including rough or changing seas,
severe weather, slips and falls, hooks and sharp equipment, moving machinery, marine life,
seasickness, fatigue, cold or heat exposure, and delayed access to emergency care.
- Follow every captain and crew instruction.
- Wear a U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket whenever directed.
- Disclose medical, mobility, swimming, or medication concerns before departure.
- Understand that the captain has final authority over safety, routing, and returning to port.
- Accept that weather, sea conditions, regulations, or safety may change or end the trip.
- Understand that fish species, size, and catch are never guaranteed.
The agreement documents each guest’s acknowledgment of inherent risks and onboard rules.
It does not limit any legal right or claim that cannot lawfully be waived.
