Safety comes before the bite.

Offshore fishing and boating involve inherent risks. Every trip is subject to weather, sea conditions, vessel readiness, applicable federal and state requirements, and the captain’s sole judgment. The captain may delay, change, shorten, or cancel a trip when safety requires.

All guests must follow the captain and crew’s instructions. Passengers must wear a properly fitted U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket whenever directed. Please disclose medical, mobility, or swimming concerns before departure and understand that offshore trips may involve rough seas, changing weather, fatigue, and limited access to emergency care.
